Every Body Has A Story is a hypothetical publication I conceived in response to the conceptual and intellectual investigation of the theme of boundaries. I decided to separate the first two words of the publication name to indicate its subject matter, and to allude to the intimate nature of the personal narratives discussed. This particular issue deals with the discourse surrounding the boundaries of transgender and non-binary folks within the athletic world. Accordingly, I included the subtitle, “Bound & Determined: Navigating the Limitations of Transgender and Non-Binary Athletes” to further reference the theme of boundaries. The color scheme is inspired by the transgender flag, again reinforcing a connection to the community and the topic.
